I offer support in creating a more wonderful and empowered life

I believe that we have all the answers and resources to live a purposeful life. All we need to do is quieten the inner and outer noise. Only then can we hear the inner voice guiding us towards our True North.

I truly believe that life is happening for us, not to us. And while pain is an inherent part of life, suffering is a choice.

My dream world is a place free of all suffering. I my world the end of all suffering starts within each and every one of us: once we find our purpose, our call and way back home, we’re finally free and can live a peaceful and fulfilled life.

And the world inevitably changes together with us - bit by bit.

Life can be so simple. If we let it be that way.

Dare to follow your True North

My story

Here I am: a result- and number-oriented person trying to impress and please everyone around me. I compare myself with others, stubbornly focusing on areas I'm somehow - in my view - worse, not good enough, lacking. All this, of course, without any specific criteria (God forbid I'd have something undermine my limiting and destructive beliefs!). I only know I'm not "enough". Somehow broken beyond repair. I'm living out of touch with myself or others, running away from life, bathing in the old programming and stuck in the victim mentality looking for excuses and people (parents mainly - of course!) to blame for how miserable I am. Responsibility? No, thank you. I'm afraid of being my true self (what does it even mean?), super self-conscious and apprehensive about what others think. Life is happening to me and feels like a punishment. And even though I desperately try to control everything and everyone around me, the truth is - I'm totally out of control. I say I hate it, that I've got enough, I want change. But the truth is, it's alluring as well - I know how to be that way, I've plenty of experience and a source of excuses. In a twisted way, this black hole gives me the illusion of comfort and safety I so long for. My early 30's bring a breaking point: one event leads to another and eventually I find myself sitting across a therapist. This is one of the most difficult experiences of my life. And one of the most rewarding. I don't know this yet, but it's completely changing the trajectory of my life. Painfully - but surely - I'm starting a new life. Taking control of my life and letting other people support me in the process is the best investment of my time and money. I get to experience various healing methods. One of the first ones is Nonviolent Communication, which has completely changed my perception of the world. All this brought me to a place where I now notice more richness, possibilities and depth in life. I am opening up to the new as well as change, both of which I accept with ever so increasing trust and gratitude. I've gone a long way and there's still a lot ahead of me. The transformation and processes I am experiencing inspire me to share what enriches my life. I do this with the hope that it will also support others in experiencing life more fully‍. Life can be so simple. If we let it be that way. I believe this now. This belief is my life's foundation.

Why I love my story & being here

The key takeaway for me is that we are all a work in progress. Each day is yet another chance to start anew. Isn't this wonderful? I believe that joyous, fulfilled and peaceful life is attainable for everyone who dares to reach for it. We all have the capacity to take control over our inner lives, direct our energy and effort into making our intangible dreams a material reality. I believe all this is possible through self-reflection, conscious effort, intentional focus and compassionate self-discipline. I believe all we need to recalibrate our course and follow our True North is to quieten the noise – the inner and the outer clamour that prevent us from hearing our inner voice. That voice - too often unheard or discredited - is the key to a fulfilled life. I believe that space free of distractions is the birthplace of our inner power and home of our true self. This place of stillness and tranquillity is where all the magic of life happens: it’s here that we can gradually expand our consciousness. And then dismantle our unsupportive beliefs, take control over untamed emotions and thoughts, get over victimhood mentality and move away from the survival mode. Step by step. I believe the goal is not to get rid of life’s challenges. The goal is to incessantly keep exploring new strategies to navigate through them more consciously and healthily. What we need in this process is someone who will support us in acknowledging the reality, hold us through pain and discomfort and celebrate our successes. All this with care and compassion. I'm experiencing this myself. It's not easy. It's not pain-free. It's 100% worth it. I got you. You’re safe. You’re not alone.
